The Two Most Common Types of Irrigation Systems
The main difference between regular lawn irrigation systems is quite a common question to all homeowners who are interested in having beautiful green grass throughout their lawns. They are often utilized interchangeably, however, which may leave you questioning, is there really any difference? Regular irrigation is what a lawn sprinkler actually does, that means a sprinkler waters your entire lawn. Lawn sprinklers can be manual-controlled valves that water at certain intervals, or they can be automatic sprinklers that water all of your lawn at once. The one big difference is that a lawn sprinkler system will water your entire lawn while a lawn irrigation system will only water the portion you want to water.
Irrigation systems are also commonly utilized for irrigation. This simply means that it can be used to help with getting your plants and shrubs to become more waterlogged. When this happens, plants will stop growing and die from being unable to get enough water. The first type of Irrigation System is called gravity-fed. This is the most common and widely used system in the world.
